About The Career Accelerator
The Career Accelerator is a cross-sector leadership and learning program exploring how emerging technologies, workforce trends, and evolving skills are changing the way congressional offices and organizations lead, hire, and develop talent. The program brings together emerging and established leaders from government, business, nonprofit, policy, education, and technology organizations for substantive discussions and peer exchange at the intersection of leadership, public policy, technology, and civic impact. Congressional staff and other public-sector professionals are encouraged to participate.

The AI Toolkit for Getting Noticed — Google will host a workshop session with practical AI tools, exploring how AI is reshaping hiring and skills and offering hands-on approaches for communicating your value in a changing talent market.
Difficult Conversations: The Skill That Gets You Promoted — practical frameworks for navigating team dynamics, leading through tension, and building working relationships across differences.
Congressional Hiring Manager Perspectives — sitting Chiefs of Staff discuss how public-sector hiring is evolving and what distinguishes strong candidates in today's applicant pools.
