On January 13, 2026, Katch Skills partnered with Women’s Public Leadership Network (WPLN) to host an empowering webinar—“Lead with Confidence: The Katch Skills Advantage.” This session brought together women across public leadership pathways to explore how to transform everyday experiences into visible, career-advancing skills to make every skill count.
In conversation with Larissa Martinez, Founder & President of WPLN, Katch Skills CEO & Founder Laura Maristany shared how Katch helps learners capture every meaningful learning moment—from workshops and conversations to daily leadership wins, and turn them into tangible proof of their growth. Participants learned how to leverage their learning journal platform to articulate their skills with confidence, especially when preparing for new roles, leadership positions, or public service opportunities.
A core theme of the conversation was helping women finally see and claim the skills they already have, no matter how they were acquired. By bringing visibility to learning that often goes unrecognized, Katch Skills helps women move forward with clarity and confidence—whether in career transitions, leadership pathways, or community impact work.
